Winter Time

It has now started to get cold here in Lawton Oklhoma. So since I was wearing jackets all the time I decided that the kittens need sweaters as well. Catalina has a pink sweater that says Love on the back, and Riley has a red one that says God Bless America. How adorable are they!

What a baby

When we first got Catalina or Lina like I like to call her she has a little quirk. At night when she is really ired she gets up in bed with Craig and I and starts sucking on our fingers. It seems like she wants someing to drink. So it got old really fast, Catalina woke me up

every two hours. Not happening. So we went to the store and got her a baby bottle. She drinks out of it when she is ready to go to bed. BIG BABY!

Catalina

Catalina! Our new kitty. She is definetly diffrent than Riley. She is a BIG GIRL! She enjoys getting her nails clipped, bathed and trying on diffrent clothes. What a cutie.

Narcoleptic Kitty

NO, he is not dead in this picture but he played so hard today that he just passed out tonight. This is one of those moments that we will long for when he gets older. Riley has grown alot in the past couple weeks but he is still such a baby to us. Please keep visiting our blog. I think our Cat has Narcolepsy.

Riley's Costume

Well Katie and I decided that Riley would be a football player this year for Halloween. Katie picked a costume off of a Build-a-Bear she had and we put it on him. He complaned but finally decided he looked tough in it. He is such a weird guy, but at the same time one of the coolest kittens on the planet.

Spoiled Rotten!

Riley likes to play in the Kitchen. Well, not really play, he likes to hang out by my feet and meow until I pick him up. So I invented a wrap that I wear around me so he can see what I am doing. Riley just sits in there watching me while I do the dishes, cook, clean and vacumm. What a spoiled baby!

Playing with Craigs boots!

Riley has a thing for Craigs boots. While Craig gets ready for work Riley is always hanging around his feet just hoping the boots will be left alone. No no kitty!

That cute gangster!

Riley has now found a new way to wear a sock. He wears a sock as if they were hats, and of course not just like any other hat it has to be tilted to the side. What a cutie!

He also likes to play games like patty cake, "Way Big" and pounce on Craig. It is really funny. Especially when we plays "Way Big", cuz each day we can see how big he is getting. What a big boy!

Our new kitten!

Saturday September 22nd

This day was a regular day in Lawton Oklahoma, humid hot and boring. Craig and I had been sitting around the house till about 1pm when Craig and a brilliant idea about getting a cat. Now you see where we live we are not allowed to have any animals other than a hamster. For what reason we don't know. Our thoughts were that you can't really hide a dog since you have to take them outside, but with a cat they can stay in all the time. So once again I was convinced that we should go adopt a kitten from the animal shelter....

By about 2pm we were off to Oklahoma City. That is where the nearest shelter is, about an hour and a half drive. When we got there we were immediatly attrached to this little ball of fur sleeping with about three others. I don't really care for cats unless they are white. The shelter only had one. A cute, white and grey, 8 weeks old kitten. I quicky scooped him up and held him. An instant connection, I was very reluctant to hand him over to Craig. Even though Craig was the reason to have been there.

Moments after we held him, we packaged him up and off we went back home. It took us a while to figure out a name for our new family member. But soon enough we decided to call him Riley.
